Anzac biscuit recipe

Anzac biscuits.

You will need:

½ cup white flour
½ cup sugar
¾  cup rolled oats
¾  cup coconut
100 grams butter
1 tablespoon golden syrup
½  teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons boiling water   

Instructions:

1.  Stir the Sugar ,flour,Coconut,Rolled oats into a bowl.
2.  Grab an adult to help you melt the butter and Golden Syrup in a saucepan over low Temperature.
3.  Put the baking soda in a cup.  Get an adult to help you pour the boiling water.
The mixture will foam so do not worry.  Add this to the mixture of Golden syrup and butter.
4.  Pour the liquid mixture into the flour and anymore dry ingredients.Then stir.  Grease a baking tray.  Grab tablespoonfuls of the Anzac mixture onto the tray.  About to 4-5 centimeters  apart.
6.  Bake at 180-c for about 10 -15 minutes or until the Anzac biscuits are fully a Golden colour.


         7.  Easy take the biscuits out of the oven and let them cool down , for about 15 minutes     and enjoy!!!!!
